في ضوء حرص مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط على تطبيق معايير الجودة للارتقاء بمنظومتها الصحية، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، وتحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور شريف كامل مدير المستشفى، والأستاذ الدكتور طارق المليجي مدير الوحدة المركزية لجودة الرعاية الصحية، والأستاذ الدكتور بشير أبو السعود نائب مدير المستشفى لشئون الجودة، والدكتورة أماني حاتم منسق الجودة المركزية ومسئول تأهيل مستشفى الراجحي للاعتماد، والدكتور فرج عبدالحميد مدير الجودة بالمستشفى.
قام فريق من وحدة جودة الرعاية الصحية بمستشفى الراجحي الجامعي بالتنسيق مع الوحدة المركزية لجودة الرعاية الصحية، بتنفيذ عددا من الأنشطة والتدريبات، حول معايير الجودة وآليات تطبيقها داخل مختلف الأقسام، حيث تم تدريب أعضاء الطاقم الطبي على معايير أمان وسلامة المريض ومعايير السلامة الجراحية ومعايير سلامة الدواء، كما تم تدريبهم على كيفية تطبيق معايير مكافحة العدوى ومعايير سلامة البيئة والمنشات، وكذلك تم تدريبهم على كيفية استكمال بعض نماذج الملف الطبي بشكل صحيح.
كما قام الفريق بالمرور على بعض الأقسام والوحدات، وغرف العمليات، والصيدليات، وذلك لمتابعة مدى الإلتزام بالتطبيق الفعلي لمعايير الجودة من خلال مراجعة سجلات الأقسام وآليات التوثيق داخل النماذج، كما تم تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه الأقسام والعمل على تصحيح بعضها مباشرة.
Al-Rajhi Hospital at Assiut University Continues to Implement "GAHAR" Quality Standards in Preparation for a Technical Support Visit by the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Supervision
In line with Assiut University Hospitals' commitment to implementing quality standards to elevate its healthcare system, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Menshawi, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Attiya, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sharif Kamal, Hospital Director, Prof. Dr. Tarek Al-Meliji, Director of the Central Unit for Healthcare Quality, Prof. Dr. Bashir Abu Saud, Deputy Hospital Director for Quality Affairs, Dr. Amani Hatem, Central Quality Coordinator, and Dr. Farag Abdel Hamid, Hospital Quality Manager, a team from the Al-Rajhi University Hospital's Healthcare Quality Unit, in coordination with the Central Unit for Healthcare Quality, has implemented a number of activities and training sessions on quality standards and their application mechanisms within various departments. Medical staff members have been trained on patient safety and security standards, surgical safety standards, and medication safety standards. They have also been trained on how to implement infection control standards, environmental and facility safety standards, and how to complete certain medical record forms correctly.
The team also conducted rounds in various departments, units, operating rooms, and pharmacies to monitor the actual adherence to the application of quality standards by reviewing departmental records and documentation mechanisms within the forms. Obstacles faced by departments were identified, and some were corrected immediately.
