The Office of International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs announces the opening of applications for Master's and Doctoral Scholarships under the Postgraduate Education Program (PEC-PG) in Brazil for the year 2026 for students wishing to obtain scholarships from Brazilian universities. Online registration for these scholarships will open from August 14, 2025, to September 29, 2025, at the following link:

Scholarship Benefits:

Eligible candidates selected for the Master's and Doctoral programs will receive the following benefits:

• Tuition-free programs

• Monthly maintenance allowances of approximately N$6,500 (for Master's programs, for 24 months) and N$9,500 (for Doctoral programs, for 48 months).

• A mandatory monthly health insurance allowance of N$1,250.
