Prof. Mostafa Kamal, President of Assiut University has arrived from Moscow in company of Dr. Salah Abul-Hawa, coordinator of the university's relations with Universities of the Commonwealth Independent States. The president stated that his visit was meant to further develop the university's close relationships with different Arab and international universities.  He added that his visit included the renewal of articles and agreements between the university and Russian universities in a way that enhances exchange visits of students and faculty members besides encouraging cooperative research work and other issues that strengthen these academic and cultural relationships between Assiut University and Pjatigorsk University.
