Under the supervision of Prof . Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, the quality and excellence department at the university organized, today, Tuesday, December, the activities of the training program; on: "how to formulate performance indicators in management according to the ISO standard 9001 2015", under the supervision of Mr. Shawkat saber, Secretary General of the University, in the discussion Hall (1) in the administrative building of Assiut University. 

The training program aims to train and qualify university staff on how to calculate performance indicators; for the goals set for each department in terms of; targeted, achieved, within the framework of future targets, which correspond to the strategic plan of Assiut University 2024/ 2029, and the definition of the principles of Total Quality Management, and the requirements of the quality management system from item I (field) to item x (improvement). 

The training course was attended by Dr. Buthaina Al-Fatih, Assistant Secretary General of the university, general supervisor of Quality Management, Mr. Mohammed Abbas Dardir, deputy chairman of the quality and excellence management board, and representative of the supreme quality management, and attended during the course; Dr. Abdul Hakim Radwan said, assistant professor at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University, and a member of the quality management team at the University, with the participation of a number of (60) trainees from the University's quality departments.

The training program dealt with a number of axes, the importance of: performance indicators, its concept, types, the difference between goals, indicators, targets, goals, quality objectives and performance indicators, indicators for measuring processes, outputs and impact, as well as how to set targets for indicators, the requirements of the quality management system (is: ISO), performance evaluation in terms of monitoring and measurement, analysis and evaluation, internal audit, management review.
