Introduction and Research Problem:
The sport movement is distinguished by the existence of muscle contraction via extending followed directly by muscle contraction via reduction including jumping and shooting skills and by training muscle strength , turning amount must be maintained as possible to muscle contraction by reduction with possible speed and this is called the ultimate dynamic ability, and the ability to produce this type of muscle strength is greatly related to the methods of developing fast strength or strength distinguished by speed including ballistic training.
Handball depends on shooting distinguishing by tool's speed and the ultimate force for contracting muscle fibers and this can be achieved only via ballistic training as the traditional training obliged the player to hold the tool and perform the training, then stop the movement so as to repeat the movement from beginning, consequently reducing muscle fibers work and increasing muscle's size more than its contraction speed(kinetic performance speed).
Research objective: It aims at designing Training Program using Ballistic Training and studying its impact on arms dynamic strength of jump shooting skill of Handball players of research sample.
Research Hypotheses:
• There are significant differences between the post-measurement and pre-measurement of the experimental group in promoting Arms dynamic ability of Handball players.
• There are significant differences between the post-measurement and pre-measurement of the experimental group concerning performance level of jump shooting skill of Handball players in favor of the post-measurement.
• There a significant correlation between the scores mean of post-measurement in promoting arms dynamic strength and scores mean of post-measurement, and performance level of jump shooting skill of handball players.
