Important statement regarding the aptitude tests for the Faculty of Sports Sciences for the academic year 2024/2025

* In light of the statement issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the aptitude tests for colleges,*

* The following is an explanatory publication regarding the aptitude tests required for admission to the Colleges of Sports Sciences. Students who have passed the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate (EGSC) for the year 2025 are required to be admitted.*
* Within the framework of the Coordination Office for Admission to Universities and Institutes' work schedule for the year 2025, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Coordination Office will commence its work immediately after the end of the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate examinations. This will include organizing aptitude tests for students wishing to enroll in colleges that require passing the qualifying aptitude tests. This will be in accordance with the admission requirements and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities. 👈#To facilitate our students, and within the framework of the e-government system, and the digital transformation we are witnessing in all fields and services provided by the state and all its agencies, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their desires to take the aptitude tests electronically via the electronic coordination website on the Internet. This will be from Saturday, July 12, 2025, until Thursday, July 24, 2025.
#Regarding_the_College_of_Sports_Sciences

Dates will be registered, colleges will be selected, and the locations for taking the aptitude tests will be available via the electronic coordination service on the Internet at the following website:

Steps to register for aptitude tests via the online electronic coordination website:
👈- The student logs into the electronic coordination website shown above, then accesses the aptitude test registration page on that website.
👈- The student begins the registration process to take the aptitude tests using their national ID number and seating number.
👈- The student's personal information will be displayed, including (seating number, student's name, national ID number, governorate, educational administration to which the student belongs, school, and the student's department (science, engineering, or literature). The student must verify the accuracy of the information entered on the student's electronic coordination website.
👈- A list of the types of aptitude tests available to the student, the colleges, the designated locations for these tests, and the dates specified for the student will be displayed.
👈- After completing the registration process, the student prints a receipt, which includes the types of aptitude tests they expressed a desire to take, the dates, and locations for these tests at the colleges for which the student registered on the electronic coordination website.
👈- Test fees are paid only through electronic payment channels, whether using prepaid cards, credit cards, or electronic payment company collection outlets.
✋️ No other payment method is accepted, and the exam date cannot be obtained from the website until payment is completed using the methods specified on the aptitude tests website affiliated with the Electronic Coordination Department.
👈- The student selects the aptitude test type and dates, and the date on which they will report to the college will be determined. Note that the tests continue for the next three days.
👈- The college will be committed to holding the aptitude tests on the specified dates.
👈- The college will also be committed to sending and entering the exam results directly through the college's dedicated page on the Electronic Coordination Department website for all eligible students applying for these tests, after verifying the correctness of the student's seat number and name to avoid errors in the results.
👈- The Electronic Coordination Department will be provided with the names and information of students who passed these tests. Nominations will be based on these results. Colleges are fully responsible for these results within the designated time period, as no other results will be accepted after the electronic coordination website closes for registering eligible students for these tests.
👈- Exams will be conducted on the scheduled dates once for each type of these abilities. Students who fail are not permitted to take the ability tests again, whether at the same college or another. Any paper certificate issued by colleges regarding the ability test results will not be accepted, in the interest of transparency with our students.
#Documents_Required_When_Taking_Exams_at_College:-📋
1) - The student's high school seating number and a copy of it for each of the ability tests they wish to take.
2 - Two (2) personal photos for those wishing to take these tests.

This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only. Aptitude test dates for students holding equivalent certificates (Arabic-foreign), diplomas from industrial technical institutes, and industrial technical schools (3-5) year systems will be announced later, in light of the admission requirements and rules, after the results of these students are announced.
