The study aimed to identify obstacles to work in the field of ‎weight lifting and to develop a model for the development of work in ‎the field of weightlifting arbitrage by identifying the obstacles related ‎to both (Federation / place of competition / players / trainers and ‎administrators / media / The researcher used the questionnaire as a ‎data collection performance. The researcher used the descriptive ‎method. The sample of the study was 50 referees from the registered ‎referees of the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation. The study was ‎applied in the period from 25/11/2017 to 28/12/2017. Conducting ‎statistical treatments The most important results were the existence of ‎some technical obstacles Administrative and financial difficulties that ‎hinder the arbitration process in the field of weightlifting. There is a ‎clear vision in the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation to develop the ‎field of arbitration, in addition to the proposed model, which the ‎researcher recommends to apply to the main committee of referees ‎
