"A Suggested Model for Management Human Resources in the Egyptian federation for Weightlifting"
Abstract:
The Research aims at: establishing a suggested model for human resources management in the Egyptian Weight Lifting Federation. The researcher used the descriptive approach survey studies because of its compatibility with the nature and aim of this research. Moreover, the research sample included 72 persons representing members of the special committees and the administrative staff and 12 of the experts in the field of sports management and human resources management. The researcher also used questionnaire as a data collection tool to recognize the current reality of human resources management in The Egyptian Weight Lifting Federation in addition to poll form to recognize the aims of the application, mechanisms, and the monitoring methods of the
human resources management in the Egyptian Weight Lifting Federation. (Designed by the researcher).One of the most important findings was that there was no specialized management entitled human resources management in the Federation. In addition, recruitment and selection processes do not occur in a good or suitable way. The most important recommendations were: trying to apply the suggested model within the Federation and its branches to elevate and improve the technical and administrative level in addition to adopting a new philosophy in changing the administrative level in the Federation.
