Determine the Major Factors of second-leading cause of all deaths ‘’Drowning’’ .in this study we analysis the most international data drowning reports factors from 1990 to 2014 in USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Japan to know the most factors of water drowning such as Age, Location, Activity of Drowning to help people in Egypt with a No drowning or swim survive lessons plane .This may include water familiarization program for parents and their children aged 6 to 36 months. Program to build water confidence for preschool aged children between the ages of 3-5 years. Swim survives and water safety program for school aged children between the ages of 5-14 years and Older.
