Research Abstract

Abstract:
Snorkeling is a popular recreational Water sport tourisms activity, particularly at tropical resort and scuba diving locations. The primary appeal is the opportunity to observe underwater life in a natural setting without the complicated equipment and training required for scuba diving. Snorkeling is also used by scuba divers when they on the surface, in underwater sports such as underwater hockey and underwater rugby, and as part of water-based searches conducted by research and rescue teams. The greatest danger to snorkelers is inshore and leisure craft such as jet skis, speed boats and hyperventilate to extend sub-surface time can experience Hypocapnia if they hyperventilate prior of submerging. This can in turn lead to “blackout. Most Egyptian snorkelers don’t know all skills and snorkeling Safety performance. Design Randomized trial of 4 workouts duration Snorkeling water safety for 90 min for 20 non Snorkeling Student Divided to 5 group , each group consist of 5 student for 4 days from18 to 20 years old from 01.08.2014 to 01.09.2014. Outcome measures snorkeling ability, water Safety. Results: 20 non Snorkeling Student completed the study in the four workouts snorkeling ability, water Safety and snorkeling skills improved over baseline levels in groups. By the end of Safety training in the 4 workout for all group improved in snorkeling ability, water Safety Training. Such programs may offer some protection for them at risk of most Accident.

Conclusion
The risk of Snorkeling Accident may cure and decrease after knowing the most risk factors during performance in sport tourisms in Egypt. The effect of 90 min in 4 workouts for the Egyptian snorkeler can improve snorkeling performance, water safety skills. These results became more significant, indicating the positive effect of Safety under water workouts on performance. Using underwater exercise with ABC (Mask, Snorkel, Fins) Equipment can improve ventilation, breath holding and relaxation during performance in case of the emergency. This study is considered an improvement exercises which the tourisms, Skin Diver, Snorkelers, Scuba divers under water Rugby, Underwater Hockey, and fins swimming suffer from the absence of them.
