تصميم مقياس للضغوط المهنية لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة
يتعرض بعض العاملين في المهن والأعمال المختلفة إلي درجات متباينة من الضغوط المتعلقة بالعمل ويشعرون أن جهودهم في العمل فعالة ولا تلقي تقدير أو إثابة ، والضغوط في المجال الرياضي قد تكون ضغوطا بدنية ونفسية ويحدث الضغط للحكم نتيجة شدة المنافسة الرياضية والتي يشارك فيها الحكم ويتخذ قرارات فورية وسريعة قد تكون لها تأثير مباشر علي نتيجة المباريات، والضغوط التي تقع على عاتق حكام الملاكمة قد تكون مختلفة من حكم لآخر حسب سمات شخصية الحكم وقدراته البدنية والنفسية والتي تؤدي إلى أخذ الحكم خلال المباريات بعض القرارات التي تؤثر على نتيجة المباراة، والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تصميم مقياس للضغوط المهنية وتأثير هذه الضغوط على قرارات حكام الملاكمة خلال المباريات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة واشتملت العينة علي (88) حكم من حكام رياضة الملاكمة وقام الباحث بتصميم مقياس الضغوط المهنية للحكام وأشتمل علي خمس أبعاد وهي (ضغوط مرتبطة بسياسة الاتحاد المصري للملاكمة ، ضغوط مرتبطة بالمكافآت والامكانات، ضغوط مرتبطة بالمدربين والجمهور واللاعبين ، ضغوط مرتبطة بمستوي المنافسة ، ضغوط اجتماعية ) وكانت أهم النتائج أن المقياس المستخدم يتمتع بصدق وثبات مقبولين.

Designing a measure of occupational pressures for boxing referees

Some workers have exposed in various professions to varying degrees of pressures in works and feel that their work does not receive effective estimating or bounties, The pressures falls on boxing referees may be different from referee to another according the Personality traits of the referee and psychological and physical capability leading to take the referee during the matches some decisions that impact on the game's outcome. The Objective of this study is designing a measure of occupational pressures and the impact of these pressures on the decisions of boxing referees during the matches The researcher design questionnaire included 5 aims were presented to the experts to determine the suitability for measuring occupational pressures and underwent of statistical treatment to identify the ability to measuring the pressures, The sample in this study included 88 referees enrolled in the Egyptian Amateurs Boxing Federation distributed in three grades (primary - second - third), The most important results that the measure has been validity and stability acceptable, and the pressures against on boxing referees and affect on their decisions is: pressures associated with the policy of the Egyptian Federation, pressures associated with trainers, pressures associated with the public, pressures associated with the level of competition, pressures associated with the awards and potential and The social pressures came in the latter arrangement.
