The admission requirements for incoming postgraduate students

  1. The student applies through the "Study in Egypt" platform on the website:"https://admission.study-in-egypt.gov.eg" The student follows the platform's instructions and waits for the University's approval on the platform.
  2. After the university approval, the student submits his/her original file, the original CERTIFICATE OF DEGREE EQUIVALENCE from the Supreme Council of Universities in Cairo (if the degree is obtained from outside Egypt) and all other required documents to the university. The file is then reviewed by the platform official to confirm its acceptance by the university, and then a digital initial acceptance certificate is issued from the platform.
  3. After obtaining the digital certificate, a copy is sent along with the student's certificates to the relevant faculty for enrollment, permission to study and taking the exams while withholding the exam results until the final approval is obtained.
  4. The initial enrollment is approved only after paying the tuition fees for the academic year.
  5. Failure to pay the fees may result in cancellation of the student's enrollment.
  6. After obtaining the final approval, the student's original certificates are sent to the relevant faculty to obtain final enrollment approval by the faculty council.
