The Council of Assiut University adopts the time frame for the academic year 2017-2018The Board of Assiut University, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Ahmed Abo Jais, President of the University, adopted the time map for the academic year 2017/2018, which included setting the start and end dates of the study by the first and second semester and mid-year vacation. 16/9/2017 till 18/1/2018. The Board also decided to start the half-year vacation starting from Saturday 20/1/2018 and ending on Thursday 1/2/2018.The session also included determining the period of study in the second semester 16 weeks starting from Saturday, 3/2/2018 and ending on Thursday, 24/5/2018.In the same context, the university president stressed that the university administration is constantly following the process of regularity of the educational process in a calm and disciplined manner to ensure an environment conducive for students to carry out their various educational activities to achieve the desired objectives of the educational process.
