The Graduate Studies, Research and Cultural Relations sector aims to achieve the following:
 • Preparing scientific cadres capable of conducting scientific research in various agricultural fields.
Preparing research cadres to obtain diplomas, masters and doctoral degrees.
• Refining the skills of graduate students to keep pace with the demands of the times by studying foreign languages ​​and increasing the skills of dealing with computers and information technology.
• Facilitating the conduct of scientific research in cooperation with local or foreign bodies.
• Connecting faculty members to foreign countries and institutions by sending them abroad to come into contact with various scientific schools.
Providing faculty members with various scientific conferences and seminars to participate in research, attendance or prepare scientific papers.
• Holding cooperation programs and protocols with countries and foreign bodies for the exchange of faculty members, joint research and student exchange.
• Considering the plan to study the courses of higher studies and the committees of examiners and correctors based on the suggestions of the department boards before submitting them to the college council
• Follow up the studies programs and systems above to ensure that they keep pace with scientific progress, the requirements of society and the issued research problems
• Through the scholarship general plan, the administration contributes to developing the college’s plan for missions and scientific advisory and following up on the implementation of the plans of the delegated delegate to achieve maximum scientific benefit.
• Study the reports and proposals received by the envoys or received in their regard from the bodies to which they are delegated and express their opinion in preparation for presenting them at the higher levels.
• Continuous support for libraries in various forms of approved, audiovisual knowledge and the information network to ensure that research students keep abreast of the latest scientific research in various fields of specialization.
