His position as the second man in the Egyptian Federation for the most popular games in Egypt and the Arab world for a remarkable and vital sports activity within the University of Assiut.In an official statement to Dr. Jamal Mohamed Ali expressed his deep thanks for the confidence of the political leadership and to the members of FIFA for his appointment in that position and their appreciation of his scientific and practical capabilities for the first time in Upper Egypt, expressing his thanks as well to Dr. Tarek Jamal, and his deputy for Education and students Dr. Shehata Gharib in order to support and sponsor sports activities within the university.Expressing his wishes to represent Assiut University in an honorable manner befitting the name and status of the parent university of Egyptian universities.And about his upcoming goals in his new position Dr. Jamal Mohamed pointed out that he is to seek to amend the regulations of the Football Association in light of article 84 of the Egyptian law and sports laws and in accordance with the international and Olympic charter and the regulations of the International Federation of Football, stressing his keenness to Taking into account Egyptian laws regarding the opening of the door to investment as well as the application of sanctions, while also keen to hold the elections of the Egyptian Union after a year.The Vice President of the Egyptian Federation also stressed his keenness to contribute to the development of a working strategy for the Federation aimed at preparing cadres of trainers to qualify them to work for the national teams, and to activate the role of branches of sports federations at the level of Egypt, and to pay attention to the adoption and support of young people at the level of the Republic, and work on Increasing the spread of women's football and upgrading it, and paying attention to linking group and school tournaments in coordination with the Federation.The Dean of the Faculty of Sports Education added that his goals during his new position in the Federation to activate the conduct of practical research that examines ways to face some negative phenomena in that game such as rioting and intolerance, in coordination with specialized professors, in addition to rationalizing spending and spending in the federation budget and directing Surplus in the development of the basic environment of playgrounds and tools, with the termination of financial support provided to clubs and allocated to the clubs of the second, third and fourth divisions.It is worth mentioning that Dr. Jamal Mohammed Ali was appointed assistant in the Department of Sports Management at the Faculty of Sports Education at the University in 1984 and remained a specialist in that specialty as a football teacher and was included in the academic corps until he was appointed professor in the Department of Sports Management and Recreation in 2004, and in 2004, and in The field of scientific activity supervised about 65 scientific messages for researchers from within Egypt and from various Arab countries as well as from Germany, in addition to writing six scientific books, the most prominent of which is "Leadership in the field of sports", and that is the sports administration in the 21st century,", in addition to his work as a lecturer in the Egyptian and African Federation  Football.In the field of sports, Dr. Jamal Mohammed worked on football coaching clubs Abanoub, Safada, Aputage, Cement Assiut, Oil Assiut and Sohag, Generosity in Alexandria, Damietta, Al-Masid and The Egyptian Junior Team, in addition to arbitration in the first class in Egypt and America and a referee for the Asyut Benin University team and Nat and The American University of Moder - in addition to his history as a football player in the clubs beni Maragha Sohag, Club Of Strangers, and The Sibres Edel Club in America.In the field of football management, Dr. Jamal Mohammed is a member of the Faculty Club of Assiut University, as well as president of the Muslim Youth Club, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Football Federation in 2012 to his position as an agent of the Federation.
