This paper introduces the chaotic fractional-order Sprott Q system and its dynamics. The double compound combination of eight fractional-order chaotic synchronizations was investigated. This kind of synchronization is considered a generalization of many types of synchronization given in the literature. The analytical formula of the control functions is developed and proven using the tracking control method. As we know the fractional derivatives of two multiple functions are very difficult to calculate, and the tracking control method is more suitable for this kind of synchronization. This technique’s communication is more secure and reliable because there are more drive and response systems. To achieve the proposed synchronization, four driving and four response identical chaotic systems are used as an example. This scheme may be used in many applications such as secure communications and safe information. Using the proposed double compound-combination synchronization is an example given to encrypt a message. The analytical results were confirmed by numerical simulation, and we found good agreemen
Microorganisms play a vital role in anaerobic digestion, however, bioaugmentation in a two-stage co-digestion system to directly regulate the microbial structure is limited. In this study, the different dosage of Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum was added in the hydrogen production stage of a two-stage anaerobic digestion system operating at a thermophilic temperature (55 °C). Results showed that Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum of 1.12 g had the best effect, with the cumulative hydrogen and methane yields reaching 81.54 mL/g VS and 550.98 mL/g VS respectively, which were 68.72 % and 84.45 % higher than the control group. According to the microbial analysis, the addition of Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum significantly changed the microbial community structure, and also its relative abundance increased in the hydrogen production stage, thereby increasing volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and hydrogen content. Although the methane production stage did not contain Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum, the microbial community structure changed, increasing the dominant species Anaerolineae and Limnochordia, thereby improving the efficiency of substrate decomposition and methane production. This study shows that Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum can promote not only hydrogen production but also the production of methane in two-stage anaerobic digestion
This is the first study to analyze the whole-genome sequence of B. manjavacas Australian (Aus.) strain through combination of Oxford Nanopore long-read seq, resulting in a total length of 108.1 Mb and 75 contigs. Genome-wide detoxification related gene families in B. manjavacas Aus. strain were comparatively analyzed with those previously identified in other Brachionus spp., including B. manjavacas German (Ger.) strain. Most of the subfamilies in detoxification related families (CYPs, GSTs, and ABCs) were highly conserved and confirmed orthologous relationship with Brachionus spp., and with accumulation of genome data, clear differences between genomic repertoires were demonstrated the marine and the freshwater species. Furthermore, strain-specific genetic variations were present between the Aus. and Ger. strains of B. manjavacas. This whole-genome analysis provides in-depth review on the …
Pellets of Pure and Fe-doped dilute magnetic semiconducting (DMS) samples are studied for bulk magneto-resistance (BMR) at room temperature and at low-temperatures∼ 100K. Raman-, photoluminescence-and X-ray photoelectron-spectroscopic techniques are used to determine chemical and electronic structures of the samples. A broadband intense yellow-green-orange luminescence is observed in Fe-doped ZnO samples and emission red-shifts are investigated. Electrical transport is studied with and without applied magnetic field up to 9T and thermal activation and hopping modes of conduction is discussed in light of nature of Fe substitution in the host lattice. Several decremental-to incremental-BMR crossovers are obtained corresponding to experimental variables of Fe concentration 0.025≤ x≤ 0.1, temperature and applied magnetic field. Several possible modes of magneto-transport are discussed
