Student complaints follow-up mechanism
The student submits his complaint by one of the instantaneous methods:
Apply directly to the Graduate Studies Department.
Postgraduate Student Complaints Fund.
Through the college's website and the administration's email.

Mechanism for following up students ’grievances
When the student wishes to review the monitoring of the grades of a particular course from the postgraduate courses, he submits to the Graduate Studies Department to fill out the grievance form, no later than sixty days after announcing the result.
A date will be set to inform the student to review the monitoring of the course grades and write his notes about that, if any.
The matter is presented to a committee composed of a professor or professors of the course and the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies to study the student’s observations and take the appropriate decision in this regard.
The student is notified of the committee’s decision.
