Postgraduate Development Proposals

 

  • Developing the existing programs, by transferring all graduate studies programs to the credit hour system.
  •  Create new qualitative programs (such as the fish program, honey bee and silk worms program)
  •  Preparing a list of graduate studies completely in accordance with the credit hour system and submitting it to the sector committee in preparation for approval.
  • Establishing an online system for procedures for enrollment and registration in graduate studies
  •  Establishing scientific production databases of all kinds to serve as the official record of the college’s academic productivity.
  • Create a database of faculty members' participation in various scientific events (conferences, seminars, workshops, courses, awards).
  •  Finding joint scientific channels between the Faculty of Agriculture at Assiut University and foreign universities.
  • A number of students and professors traveled abroad on training courses.
  •  Activating the electronic role and the Internet at the university in accomplishing the tasks of the sector and the communication between it and graduate students, the teaching staff and the scientific departments of the college and the university administration.
  •  Developing the paper files and storage system to provide flexibility and speed in completing tasks and work.
  •  Continuous development of the performance system and the skills of workers in the graduate studies sector to raise the level of efficiency in performance and completion of tasks.
  •  Developing the structure, printing and cover of the magazine to the required level.
  •  Exchange the magazine with regional and international universities.
  •  Developing the list of arbitrators and providing it with international arbitrators.
  •  Publish the magazine on the information network and digital library.
  •  Supplying the library with modern Arabic and foreign books and periodicals in the academic and cultural fields of the college and others.
  •  Permanent development of the library's holdings and the system of dealing with them to facilitate obtaining the information and research references necessary for the research sector
